Gasket around spark plug tube broke within the first 2 months. Oil seeped into the pipe plug, causing the check engine light to come on.

Fits well after tightened to spec and waiting for RTV to cure. no leaks. No complaints here folks, even think of the regular plastic rocker cover MOMENT WITH SPECIFICATIONS!

Finally the valve cover doesn't leak anymore. Spark plugs of 2 cylinders were full of oil. Now the engine holds more oil. Can't beat the price

My Altima gasket and rings were worn out so I checked the national auto parts store website, Youtube and Revain. My conclusion is this product that I can easily install and for less money it is great value for money 😂 I have no problems with this product!

Good product although new oil filler cap is not included and my existing one does not fit. All 2002-2010 Nissan Altima use the same replacement oil filler cap, although it will not fit this valve cover.

2006 Altima had severe misfires. This caused oil to flow into the candle wells. Bought this to replace a leaking block. It works, I waited a year to write this review. It's not exactly the same OEM but I took the time to show my 18 year old son how to replace this on his car. It's been 1 year and still no leaks!

Replacing gaskets requires replacing a new valve cover. You cannot replace gaskets alone. Kind of sucks, but that's how it was designed. You can always break it open with ATV sealant, but that makes a mess real quick. I had to replace mine due to a blown spark plug gasket. This allowed oil to accumulate in the spark plug tube.

Overall quality is 4.5 stars as is the gasket. But to align with the motor and try to tighten the bolts well, this needs to be adjusted with accurate measurements. In the end the hole was cleaned because those bolts used to hold the valve cover are small and flimsy and not rated for high torque. However, with this valve cover, you have to do something because the alignment is wrong, and something will go wrong.
