This product is very concentrated so there isn't much of it. I used two 2.5-3 gallon caps and it lathered during my first wash. It lathers well and easily removes insect residue, debris and dirt. In my experience (also weather dependent) it can dry out a little on the fast side but doesn't leave streaks or water spots. As a bonus, it also smells like bubble gum.
