Fits 2009 Honda Rebel

Bought to rebuild the clutch. Perfect fit for mom. Too bad it's the only one I'll ever use it on, but it was better than trying to improvise with an instrument that might not work. Worth the investment.

  • Weight
Cons
  • Lightly dented

1980 DOHC CB750C: Oil Filter

Matt S reviewed the 1980 DOHC CB750 Custom and based on his review I bought it! He comes! I used the hammer and chisel method to loosen the nut but it ruined the nut! BUT you will definitely need it to get it back! Also very fast delivery!

Pros
  • Test for One Year

Like most Motion Pro tools - invincible.

Wrench binds due to excessive torque and impact when attempting to loosen an improperly installed and overtightened oil filter nut. No visible damage to the key! Spanner exceeded his task! Motion Pro quality. I have confidence in their tools from now on.

Pros
  • Decent Performance
Cons
  • Out of fashion

Working on clutch disc replacement Rebel 250

As the name suggests this is enough to remove the cage nut when replacing the clutch disc on a Honda Rebel 250. No idea if there could be better tools for this; However, the price of this instrument was reasonable for a likely one-off use.

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • I vaguely remember

Worked great: Filter

That worked great on my Rebel. I had stalled and had to change the clutch. I tried to build an instrument but decided to just buy it. Much easier. Make sure when making the Rebel clutch you use a long Phillips screwdriver and push it all the way into the top hole so it will hold the clutch plates in place while you tighten the nut. If this girl can do it, so can you, and I've never changed a clutch before.

Pros
  • handy thing
Cons
  • everything great

Perfect fit for 1970 Honda SL100

When dealing with vintage motorcycles it can be difficult to trust the compatibility information in the product description. Too often you see a specific Harley item showing as "compatible" with the motorcycle you are looking for parts for. Also, this tool was a perfect match for the special nut we found (P/N 90231-107-000). on an oil filter rotor assembly on a 1970 Honda SL100 K0. This nut is common on many early small Honda engines. I've always loved Motion Pro tools and am excited to add…

Excellent fit for 2014 Honda Rebel 250. Clutch

I used this to remove and install a new clutch on a used 2014 Honda Rebel 250 that I bought. The bike was difficult to get into neutral and you could feel the clutch pulling the bike forward in gear, even if the clutch was fully depressed and adjusted properly it would pull forward: I knew the clutch had burned out was. I used a Makita cordless impact wrench (with a 3/8" impact adapter) to unscrew the clutch nut and then tightened it with a standard torque wrench. The wrench worked great and…
