For use on Yamaha Banshee and Blaster models. Used to install a standard Mikuni idle adjuster into the carburetor body. Idle adjuster is necessary if carburetor top has been replaced with a standard Mikuni cap. Kit includes a drill bit (#6), thread tap (6 millimeter x .75 millimeter), 2 idle screws with lock nuts and instructions. Drill press or mill should be used to drill holes in the carburetor bodies.

Cute little πŸ‘ set on carburetor and parts

I was a little worried when I bought it because some reviews said drill and tap didn't work together (wrong size) but I have everything at home anyway. But everything worked great

Excellent fuel system kit

Product works great. It took about 30 minutes. Take your time drilling and cutting the hole. Be sure to lubricate the tap while cutting. I prefer to do 1-2 turns and then back off 1-2 turns. Remove every 4 turns to remove debris.

Works as expected. Including instructions and stickers. Don't be afraid to drill carburetors, they make new parts every day. Just take your time, everything will be fine. I would buy again if I ever buy another Banshee that needs TORS removal.

Works perfectly. Use Permatex Aviation Sealant to seal the threads to prevent fatigue.

Installed on both carburetors in under an hour (obsessed with cleaning and grinding). When drilling (slowly), make sure to fill the sliding area with a piece of wood or rubber so you don't damage the neck. Also use threadlock (blue) or Permatex aircraft sealant (which is what I used) to ensure the threads are sealed and the bolt is not just resting on the nut. I didn't file too much to get the idle, so make sure the threaded hole is flat and only take it about 1/16th off. I also used my shop…
