I bought it to take with me as a tire/emergency lever.

I bought this wrench to carry with me as an emergency tire/axle nut wrench. Two things are wrong. One is my fault, the other. my fault again. First, my Yamaha FJ09 axle nut requires 108 ft lbs, and second, the nut is recessed into the swingarm so it doesn't even reach. OK. Maybe someday I'll have a bike that will use it. In the meantime, it won't hurt to have the third lever.

Great tool both in the garage and on the trail

I made this to combine tools to reduce trail and road weight. What I found was that it was better than the tire levers I already had (Motion Pro Loop Top type) and caused less damage to the wheel if you don't have/use rim protectors. It is so light and yet very durable. I liked it so much that I ordered two more sizes which I need for all my bikes and which easily fit in my backpack. This allows me to grab a few things (axle sockets) from my backpack and still have the crowbars/wrenches I need.

Also, in almost all tire repair cases, I break the bead.

Learn the tire removal technique before using it on the track. I have this and a combo T6 12/13mm lever. But you need a third tool that can be used as a third lever. I use a smooth grip MSR spark plug wrench. Three irons to start the bead. Then small bites to get rid of the rest. And make sure the side of the tire opposite where you pry open is in the center of the rim disc. Also, in almost all tire repair cases, I break the bead by putting the wheel down and stepping on the edge of the tire…

Very Misleading Sale - NOT DISCONTINUED

Very Misleading Sale. I chose this "set" because the ad said it was. Then I only had one key. I have no idea how well this works and never will - I'm not going to reward that kind of blatant deception by withholding it. After accessing this listing, the associated image will show either one or three wrenches. The picture with three refers to "tire levers", not just one. It looks like it's a set of 5, not just one. Let's hope they remove this misleading ad and stop using it. I've attached a…

Excellent for its intended purpose.

I use them in emergencies because they are very light and allow me to carry two tools less. I used them to change tires on my WR250R. The front passed without incident. The rear tire needed more torque to get the tire off the rim than I was comfortable applying with the short lever. BUT, I had no problem getting the bead off the tire and that's all you have to do to replace the tube anyway. So for emergency roadside camera repairs, these levers are perfect. If you really need to take the tire…
