I received the lights and quickly realized I didn't have AAA batteries at home which would need them to run. I picked up a few and had no trouble setting them up and installing them. I haven't had any issues but am curious to see how long the batteries will last. To be honest if they eat up a lot of battery life I'll probably go with some AAA batteries hoping it's a good investment in the long run. I really like these motion sensors because they are a bit smarter than others I've seen. They not only recognize movement, but also light. It makes sense that they only glow in low light or total darkness. Because of this, I've come up with several uses: in various places in my shed where my main light just isn't shining properly. I was glad to install these for my child's kitchen unit as sometimes the cupboards, stove etc can be dark. I connected 3 new Duracell AAA batteries and the light went out immediately, nice. does this show it worked correctly?
