Affordable option for OEM

Recently a pair of original connector retaining tabs broke when removing/reconnecting coils when replacing the intake manifold. These replacement plugs hit the spot for an easy and affordable replacement!

Pros
  • Lots of positive vibes
Cons
  • Upgradeable

Worked great for a 2005 Mazda 3

Existing spark plug harnesses were cracked and brittle and not holding the harness to the spark plug boot. I removed the pigtail leads from these new harnesses with the thumbtack, then removed the existing harness wires with the wire pin attached, then re-inserted the existing wires with pins into the new harnesses. Works great with no hiccups! Can't beat the price.

Depends on your replacement method, but the plugs themselves fit my car.

If you plan on cutting the ignition coil leads from your existing wiring harness and plugging in these replacement connectors you should be fine, they plug straight into the ignition coils (on my 2007 Ford Crown Victoria with a 4.6 liter V8 engine without flex fuel) and engage perfectly. But if you're planning on removing the pins from the OEM connectors as well as those replacement connectors and just swapping out the connectors without cutting and splicing the harness, think again. It turns…
