Motorcraft BT 30 Belt Tensioner Review

I understand that production issues arise from time to time. But when buying a Motorcraft part I expect everything to fit perfectly. Rarely have Motorcraft products disappointed me, but this time they did. It came with a pulley that rubs on a lever. I double checked the part numbers and pulley size and everything was correct.
