It was not immediately apparent that this was a remanufactured pump. Being a Motorcraft brand I am hoping the quality is better than the cheaper rebuilt ones as it is not as easy to replace. A new pump is hard to find.

Where to send the old steering pump? I can usually just return it for the main fee but there are no instructions in the box and nothing online. This makes me think Motocraft thinks I should just throw away the old core. RECYCLING of this part is the industry standard. 1 star for bad planning.
