🔧 Motorcraft Engine Assembly Review

Used to replace 1 of 2 mixed doors that were making a clicking noise. I forgot which side it was for but they are different parts.

This thing helped me get rid of the rattle in my 2015 Ford Fiesta Hatchback Platinum. The click was behind the glove box. NOT behind the steering column. They are also sold on Revain. WATCH THE INSTALLATION YOUTUBE VIDEO!

It was fairly easy to install. The problem was that I didn't have a small enough ratchet. It took me about half an hour, but with a small ratchet I did it in ten minutes.

What can I say other than it was easy to install and works great. Now the question is how long will it last. This appears to be an updated part with stronger gears but thinner tracking parts. Even though the door was at the end of its travel, the motor kept trying to move it further, resulting in a loud ticking sound.

The really loud knocking noise of your car depends on the air recirculation setting. That fixed it for me! The original part on my 2012 Ford Fiesta had a chipped tooth on one of the gears. This replacement solved the problem. I am very comfortable. Fits perfectly and corresponds to the original part (best quality so far)!
