Motorcraft YH600 Damper Door Switch Review

When I tried this switch, it was a complete disappointment. It didnt work properly and was very difficult to install. The only good thing I can say is that it's affordable. However the hassle of returning it and trying to find a better alternative is not worth it.Don't waste your time and money on this product..

I received the part quickly and it was an exact OEM replacement for the defective part. I installed this and it works great. For future reference, this part is sometimes referred to as the "A/C Vacuum Selector" or "A/C Mode Selector". This is the switch in the 1997 Ford Ranger that controls where the air conditioning blows (defrost, face, legs, etc.).
