This washing machine is amazing! I've had to remove the stator multiple times and this thing survived. Other pucks always broke, but this one is perfect. The silicone line is an added bonus.

The first part broke in half due to poor packaging. The second was fine but the seal itself is quite brittle compared to the more expensive options but it did the job and so far there have been no leaks.

The product was good but as it was not packed in a box or anything better than plastic it was damaged on delivery by the carrier. Very disappointed that the item arrived broken and I am now unable to ride my bike on the best weekend of the summer. Please correct the shipping method when dealing with fragile items such as pads.

The product had very small strips of sealant on either side of the seal but they weren't tacky so I added a small amount of liquid sealant to keep them in place while I all leveled ready for assembly. As always, you'll need to be careful with the gasket until you've properly fitted it as it feels a little flimsy, but that's not uncommon at this price point.
