Motorola SBG6580 for modems

The price pleased. I had many problems with this modem/router. Used/refurbished. The signal keeps disappearing and restarting all the time. When we received it, the username and password were never deleted from the previous user. Luckily my son knew he had to reset the password so we could connect and change it. I wouldn't buy anything else.

Saved me a lot of money on modems

My network provider has changed me $10 every bill for the same model for the last 3 years, I'm totally robbed. 1 doesn't work for me or not badly, I save money on the air, don't buy a modem from your network provider.

Good price! Junk modem and customer service

Perfect signal for my WiFi at a fraction of the cost! Very happy with this modem. I use it in the Chicago area with Xfinity/Comcast. The changeover went without any problems. To update; This modem is garbage. The Wi-Fi signal is not strong enough to support continuous data transmission on my mobile phone! Buffered all the time! Don't even think about streaming something as small as a 30 second Instagram video! I have a Roku hooked up to my TV and it's almost impossible to watch YouTube videosโ€ฆ

Seller Response

I had some setup issues as the modem needed to be factory reset. The seller actually responded and made me an offer of credit for the purchase. The modem is now working properly and had a lot. I hope that the seller will send documentation in the future. The price was really good and great - about a month's rent from ComcastStan.

5 stars across the board

How much better is it? I ordered this very cheap but high quality product, received it earlier than planned, at the first problem I emailed the seller and later the same day got a reply from Tommy and the problem was solved and I started the Work. Not only do I not take money from Comcast bloodsuckers, I use Netflix streaming, poker app and surf a few times. Everything is faster than the "advanced" technology I've rented from the mothership for years. Thank you Tommy Excellent goods. Goodโ€ฆ
