Works great. A little cleaning every few months helps keep it in good condition, and the bubble is tiny. The instructions leave a lot to be desired, but are easy to understand.

Turbo diffuser not as big as other comments. It is very quiet and almost inaudible. Very easy to install and reliable enough to keep small fish and shrimp in your tank without worrying about damaging them.

I installed it and at first it was quiet producing very small bubbles. Then one day one of my little catfish Cory got caught in the water intake and died. From that moment on, this thing got really noisy. Even after I removed the impeller, cleaned it, and reassembled it, this thing was so loud I could hear it in the next room. I've been using Mr. The Aqua Turbo Diffuser 400 has been around for about 3 weeks now and none of the problems reported in other reviews so far. The diffuser works well and creates very small micro-bubbles in the aquarium. I use a high tech setup - 1 to 1.5 bubbles per second. The diffuser is everything you see in the picture, no other items included. You will need your own tubing, bubble counters, check valves, etc. if you use these.
