Easy to use. There is no need to stuff or "lock" the basket. Easy to use and I like being able to stop it manually. The water tank is a bit odd and the tank cap doesn't hold up well. It's not bad. For the price it's ok.

Brews fast, super-efficient milk frother and water tank holds enough water to make multiple lattes. My only caveat is that the coffee isn't very hot, although I give the machine extra time to warm up after the ready light comes on. Sometimes I just pop it in the microwave for 30 seconds.

only for a few days but i like this machine i am not a coffee connoisseur and this is my first espresso machine but it is very easy to use and already the third cup i honestly could no distinction between what I did and what I did and, say, Starbucks. It takes a few tries to figure out how strong the flavor and froth to espresso ratio you want, but it's very easy to use, very happy with this purchase and will update if anything changes in the future.

I received my espresso machine on February 11th, 2019 and the steamer just stopped working on August 3rd, 2019. Return only 30 days. To be clear, I used the maintenance schedule in the guide for cleaning every day and every three months. I should have paid more attention to other reviewers who pointed out this exact issue. Please don't fall victim like me. Note that the included espresso shot filters are much smaller than those you'll find with any other espresso machine.

I have had several different cappuccino machines that broke after a year. This one works very well and I paid a few extra bucks for product insurance. After trying the espresso, I found it almost as thick as $700 machines. This is excellent value for money. I love the auto wrap feature that wraps the coffee for you.
