Works well. Not very good quality and durable. Also, good rulers are one inch wide. This one is only 3/4 inch. Decent value for money. However, this is not square. There are no defects in assembly. Decent square for the price, just not very high quality. I wouldn't trust this for critical work.

Not accurate. The dimensions not only differ by a few centimeters, but are also not quite square. Useless product. Do not use for professional use. Now I use mine as a ruler, but I don't use it for the renovation I intended it for. Go to Home Depot and buy a quality product. My husband compared the level to his high dollar at work and it's not even a level.

I bought the ruler because I was looking for a 12" metal T-square for drawing with graphite pencil and didn't want to pay $$ for the privilege. I don't really have any complaints about the ruler, but I will say that the adjustable square is dangerous - you really have to pay attention to where the ruler is in the slot because if it's not exactly where it's supposed to be, then the pen will not fully back it up. Other than that, it's a great bang for your buck.

At this price it goes. I don't use it very often, but it comes in handy when I need it. For this reason I did not buy a more expensive combination line. WHO is super skillful and good at DIY could do better by themselves. but that's not what we're here for (laughs). It helps me to place straight lines and images on my surfaces (mugs). If you're good at it you don't need both, mine just takes up a heck of a lot of space most of the time.

I'm by no means a handyman, but I built a 7 foot cutting attachment that had to be accurate. I needed this tool to make sure all the pieces were cut and placed at the right depth/angle. I'm starting a new business and overspending is deadly. Looking for value, I came across Mr. Pen's offer. Problem solved! Shipped quickly and ready to go. You can't go wrong at this price. This is great if you only need it for weird woodwork. It may not be 100% perfect. But judging by some of these reviews, people wanted to save money on everyday woodworking and paid next to nothing for a tool they wanted to use every day. This applies to every instrument. Works, although not very accurately. Also, my ruler was bent when it arrived, probably due to shipping. I think the $13 Irwin is the best option and I returned that one. However, the ruler was also bent on the Irwin as it was shipped in a box containing a heavy item. Be careful when buying cheap gauges like this one.
