I ordered these spokes and nipples a few months ago just in case. Today I had the opportunity to replace the spoke on a Trek Verve 3. I used a spoke wrench to tighten them. The nipple is rounded. If the spoke is the same quality as the nipple, I'll likely be replacing a new spoke soon.
