Mulltta's platform gives me the ease of integrating with other platforms such as Gmail or Outlook. It's pretty easy to navigate as well. The customer support has been amazing, they are always willing to help you out with anything that may come up in regards to their product! I have not had any issues while using this software but if there is something wrong it gets fixed as soon as possible by them! Our team uses mullta to replace our email archiving system, in order for us not have all that old mail floating around anymore we can just archive it directly through this tool instead! The best part is I am getting reports with graphs so my management knows what exactly needs attention at any given time now too!!
