Multimeter Carrying Klein Tools 69401 Review

OK. So I wouldn't have bought this carrying case if the seller of my Klein Tools CL800 Clamp Meter had mentioned that it came with a carrying case (different seller). Very clever some of these sellers. Anyway, I'm glad I bought this case because it's larger than the one that came with my meter and I use it to store all my cables and accessories. The simple fact that small is so cheap you have to buy the case for your DMM separately is reason enough to get a bad review. The case is fine, works as it should. It's nothing fancy, so it should come with a DMM, not Klein's attempt to squeeze an extra dollar out of you. Does purchasing this case extend the warranty on my DMM? No! I needed a case for my Klein MM1000. I found this to be a very reasonable price, plus it says SMALL on the case. Oooh! Well woo. It is too small for the MM1000 with test leads attached. I bought this cover for Klein MM1000 gauge. The meter itself fits snugly, but as others have pointed out, you need to make room for the test leads.
