Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice and research I've found that this gate extension is a must-have for any parent with a little wanderlust in their household. The bronze color is sleek and fits well with our home decor. The sturdy metal design of the extension provides extra security to the gate, which in turn, gives peace of mind knowing that our child is safe. However, the installation can BE tricky and time-consuming without the proper tools..

According to my experience this gate extension was a complete let-down.It did not fit securely onto my current gate and the quality of the material was questionable. The bronze finish chipped easily and i was worried about my baby potentially ingesting the flaking paint. The only pro I can give is that it arrived quickly, but overall this product was a waste of money..

The best gate, especially with extensions of different sizes. I would make sure I have the correct extensions so there is only one extension on each side. They connect via some kind of clunky adapter, so I'd minimize them. Then, of course, unused parts remain. I couldn't find the extension on the Revain website, so I contacted the manufacturer (Munchkin) directly.
