Charger Exploded at the box. Completely fried after 6 month.

I have used it successfully with various attachments. I plugged into a plug I normally use and the entire box exploded in fire. It was an incredibly scary surge.

A must have for on the go EV drivers

This won't get you the full 40-50amp a lot of outlets can provide but it will get you up to 32amp, which is often times enough.With the above trade off however, you get a lot of versatility. We've purchased many of the common NEMA connectors for this as well as some adapters for those connectors themselves. We've been able to connect to outlets at my work, which has 50amp outlets for RV parking. Friends houses, using 110/220v outlets. And my own home which uses an electric dryer.We keep the…

Short Circuited My Car

Have been using this charger for almost 10 months for my Hyundai Kona. Yesterday I noticed one of the prongs melted/exploded in the charging unit. The car was smoking and I had to take it to the dealership. They said this after market charger was the cause and it fried all the internal wiring of the charging unit in the car, now I have to pay over $5k to fix it.

Works well but no wall mount for the main charging unit

Works very well but only complaint is that it doesn't come with a wall mount for the main charging unit. It has a wall mount to hold the coiled up cable, but not for the main unit. It just kind of dangles there. Wish it had something that holds that part.

Not Convenient For Home Use

Purchased wall mount charger for home use. Simple to link to wifi and app. Without app use, requires key card to activate every time. You can press the back button on the unit for 10 seconds to bypass the need for RFID card use, however finicky with our Pacifica Hybrid PHEV. You can bypass through the app, however again, will not store setting to bypass and have to override on each use.Purchased because it had good value and positive reviews, however for the wall mount unit, it is not…

It works perfectly!

We bought this so we could easily charge our plug-in hybrid. It works perfectly! So nice to be able to easily charge at home and so much faster than the charger that came with the car.

Two years of use, still a great product

I purchased two of these in 2020 when I bought an electric car. The cord and handle are high quality and heavy duty. Two years of high altitude outdoor use, no worse for wear. I did have an issue that I needed to contact the company about. Their service was prompt and courteous.This is my go to brand for chargers. Good product, Great support.

Great Product on my review.

In May I bought a new Chrysler Pacifica. I looked online for a reasonably priced level 2 charger. I found the MUSTART charger and it met the requirements I needed.I had an existing power line run for a welder in my garage. I changed the outlet to match plug on the MUSTART charger and everything worked great.My wife and I love the new charger and it just happens to match the color of the van.Thanks for the great product.
