Internal software on the box works great and fast. The interface is easy to add additional applications. The digital display on the front is not bright enough and cannot be read from more than 60 cm away. To turn it on and off I have to get off the couch and walk within 6ft.

The box has a lot of RAM, a lot of storage space, the remote control stinks. I have ordered a replacement remote, once I have tried it I will continue my review, now I have received a replacement remote and the new remote is great; Since it has new batteries, it works fine though. Didn't work with my Yamaha AVR so it shouldn't be compatible with older codecs or anything like that. To make sure it works and isn't completely broken, I plugged it directly into the TV. The screen size is correct, plugged directly into my old Mitsubishi DLP.
