Collars are great for keeping our Shiba in the garden. I just bought a second collar to replace while the first charges. There were a few difficulties pairing the new one, but the support team was polite and very helpful. I gave 4 stars because I wish the battery lasted longer. We get about 4 days if we don't use the remote control.

I was very hopeful and excited when I ordered this. Unfortunately, the transmitter box no longer works after just a few months. We tried restarting it and rerouting the cables. Vain. I am very disappointed because we paid so much money for this device. Edit: I contacted customer service and they responded very quickly and sent me a new transmitter straight away!

I'm having trouble setting up the system and pairing the collars (operator error). A few minutes after I emailed the support team about my issues, I received a call back. Although I clearly made a mistake while programming, the operator was very friendly and patient, guiding me through the whole process. After individual training, my collars and system worked perfectly. I really appreciate the excellent customer service.

Unfortunately my return window is closed otherwise I would be returning this extra collar that I bought. The one that came with my system works great. That extra collar doesn't work very well. It shoots in spots in the yard where another collar would work great. It took us a while to install the fence, otherwise we would have known it wasn't working very well. Now I have to buy another one because we have a system and I like the system and the collar, it works really well.

The previous review was very descriptive of what I think of a product that is not working properly. I'm correcting this review at the moment. I said earlier that this product is thin and poorly made. Toggle switches come loose when trying to connect wires. I emailed the company and received an immediate response in which they offered me a replacement transmitter box and helped me pair Dollar with the handheld remote. I had some doubts but so far it's working. After about a week, the dogs began to recognize boundaries even without a collar. It was easy to set up and install. We made it from start to finish in a few hours. We didn't bury the wire but ran along the yard/curb and used garden spikes to keep us in place. **We wanted to try using non-strike collars. This is a great multi-purpose dog device. It can be used as a remote control training collar or an automatic dog fence.
