Excellent Customer Service & Knowledgeable Staff

They are very knowledgeable about their field! I have no complaints at all. Their customer support team has been amazing as well! Not only do they provide great advice but also listen to what you need or want from them. Very professional organization that values your needs and wants above everything else. No real dislikes - just keep up good communication so there aren't any surprises down the road when it comes time for billing/payment. We needed help coming up with unique brand identities for

Fantastic resource for all aspects of your project - even if you aren't sure what it will be!

I like that they are very flexible when it comes to working around things you don't know about until after your project has been started - we had some ideas for new products or services but hadn’t really thought out exactly what those would be yet so were having trouble figuring them all into our final release plan (this was before using their software though). Great experience building/re-launch of site

The process to get our new business off the ground was very simple for us. My partner has had prior branding experiences that didn't work well so I think she felt comfortable working with her local agency - but it doesn't hurt having an experienced team like this who can make sure you don't miss anything important! The support team at NameBase was very helpful when we were looking for something that would be unique but not too much to remember! It's also super easy to use so it doesn't take long before you start seeing results from your new title.
