Nice little tent, but

Nice little tent with lots of space, but even with practice this damn thing takes almost 30 minutes to set up. At least 9 poles, 6 side straps, not to mention an awning and rain cover. If you put it on for a few days I think it will be fine, but once you've set it up don't plan on leaving.

Pros
  • best in its niche
Cons
  • No performance

Hole and broach found in nylon and stained roof

I just put up a tent and there are two problems. One is a hole and slight tension in the fabric at the top of the tent. The other is a spot on the ceiling that looks like rust. This tent may have been used before, but of course I can't prove it. However, I expect more from the new experience. In general, according to the instructions, the tent is easy to set up. I recommend sitting on the floor first and then getting on the bed.

  • Perfect for outdoor activities

2016 CHEVROLET Colorado Trail Boss with Napier Tent

This tent looks great but doesn't quite match my Colorado. I assembled it and tried to install it on my truck. I understand that this tent may not last too many seasons. That's why I returned it. I'm an avid hiker and have had tents that have withstood my hikes with no issues. I see this tent failing in various places due to stress and use. My personal opinion, I think this tent would only last two seasons. I don't think the durability of this tent will last too long.

Unbelievable price Overland tent

This great tent is perfect for my truck. It's pretty easy to set up once you get the hang of it. In my opinion it's a bit more difficult than a standard ground tent simply because it's a bit harder to work inside the body when setting up. The quality is excellent, the material seems sturdy. The only problem I had is small holes in the door screen from my dog's paw. I think he literally walked all over her and made holes, not that he was very aggressive with her. Aside from the grilles in theโ€ฆ

Easy to set up and great value

This tent is worth every penny! I also bought a Sportz Link and together they make a great camping system. My husband and I have used it twice already - once for a week long trip to UP and recently for a weekend getaway. We were able to get the tent off the truck without dismantling it and secure it while we went on our daily adventures. I calculated that it took 13 minutes to put everything back together, put it back in the truck and put our bedding inside. We will probably never get a hotelโ€ฆ

Great for adventures with your truck!

Ideal for the 2016 Nissan Frontier Double Cab with Cropped Bed. The tent went through the Grand Canyon, the mountains of Georgia and the forests of South Carolina. As many reviews say, learning how to set it up is probably the hardest thing about camping, so make sure you go through it once or twice before trying to set it up at the campsite in the dark at the last minute. All in all, this tent performed admirably. The covered entrance is perfect for protecting you from the rain before entering

Better than I expected

It says really easy to pitch but since the last tent I pitched with my parents 15 years ago I was still up for the challenge - but it really, really is Super light! It took us about 30 minutes the first time (and that was mainly because my sweetheart kept messing around and telling me I had the wrong pole so we looked at EVERY other pole and then, lo and behold, who had the right one the whole time) and then we set up camp the second time, in the dark, in the rain - and it all took maybe 10โ€ฆ

Car tent Napier's Sport

I took it with me on a hike. This was our only tent. It took hours to straighten it up a bit. No choice. So it got a little dusty doing that. Doesn't fit my Toyota Tundra either. Not only that. They charge a 50% restocking fee if they are used. But how can you tell if it works without installing and trying to install it? The area we were in was dusty at first. And the seller will charge 11 back for shipping to return it. What a waste of my time. Very disappointed. It's not easy to find outโ€ฆ

Tent for Tourists and Restless

An acquaintance who loves the great outdoors and whom I respect owned a Napier tent and sold me the entire tent when I bought it. When I decided to take the plunge into camping, I didn't even go shopping because I wanted to. This turned out to be a very good decision. Since I haven't camped I was dying to install it, so I went to a local park and did a test install. Reading guide, line by line, step by step. The color coding made the instructions easy to follow, the only confusing part was that
