Great gift for a pizza oven!

Gift to my friend for Christmas to use with our outdoor pizza oven. Perfect for carrying pizza back and forth indoors. We use thinner metal to flip pizza in the oven. wipe well after each use; Only use water if it's really greasy or dirty. Of course, dry completely before use. Holds up great so far. We try not to drop it or hit it too hard in case it breaks. Happy with the purchase!

Pomodoro pizza is the best in the kitchen and dining room

After looking at several pizza deals I settled on Pomodoro. I ruled out metal skins as I find wood skins that mix better with cornmeal. This bowl is well made, not overloaded in weight and dimensions. Beautifully considered as a designer accessory. If you're rolling a Papa Johns sized pizza this pizza peel isn't for you, if you prefer modest sized pizzas with an emphasis on quality go for the Pomodoro.

Solid buy: pasta and pizza cutlery

Very nice wood and works as expected so far. The handle is a bit thick as it is the same thickness as the body of the bowl and feels quite large in hand. I'm a bit concerned about the grain in the wood running the length of the skin giving the impression that if I accidentally dropped the skin it might snap right there. And I will. That's how I ride. But so far I am satisfied with the purchase and the pizza received from it.

Buen producto pero la medida Presentada en la imagen no concuerda

What a product is good but you need to correct the dimensional drawing because it says 12 inches but when it measures over 12 inches and when it is in placed in the oven 12 is not suitable. So I had to cut it because I have a pizza oven to put a stone that measures 12 and the size is almost 14 inches and the picture shows it's a 12 but when it came time to go in wanted I don't go in to cut it out

Beautiful but inherently flawed.

Pizza skin was pleasing to the eye. The wood was attractive and the workmanship satisfactory. The problem was that this is a natural wood product and therefore there are fibers on the strips of wood that are 'stacked' to create a blank large enough to make the bowl. One of these wooden boards broke along the grain. The crack extended from the leading edge to the trailing edge, rendering the shell unusable. I come back and have already ordered and received the aluminum rind.

Good wood skin Suitable for pasta and pizza tools

Acacia wood has a beautiful surface. bamboo bowl. Ironically, the very smooth surface of this bowl doesn't stick as well as the rougher surface of my bamboo bowl. Of course you can offset this by using more cornmeal/flour/semolina to reduce friction. Overall I would buy again but a good bamboo bowl is the best value for money in my opinion. Buy this if an attractive acacia wood finish is important. for the aesthetics of your kitchen.

Beautiful, Functional and Durable Pizza Peel

This is a really useful pizza making tool, durable and beautiful! Beginner Suggestions: Your raw pizza will peel off the skin more easily and go in the oven if your dough isn't too wet. If the pizza dough is wet, add a little more flour to make it less sticky. Dust the bowl generously with flour before placing the rolled out dough on top. Add the toppings and place the pizza in the oven. The wooden surface of the scoop releases the cake more easily than the aluminum scoop. The bark is strong…
