Love the two way design

This is my first traction pillow and I use it for my bad discs in my neck as well as to help my sinuses. When I lay back on it my sinuses start to clear! My right ear is always muffled sounding and it turns out it's not that I have a bad ear I have bad sinuses! After laying on this pillow for 10 minutes my right ear will start to pop and crackle as my sinuses drain then all of a sudden the world is at full volume again! wild.Now, as for a traction pillow this one is nice. For me, it'd be better

good for stretching but I prefer ones with more raised nubs

Pros: the cover is soft. It can be used in two directions and provides a decent stretch. Probably a good choice for someone who wants less pressure on neck or a more gentle stretch.Cons: the bag (white as shown in photo) is very thin and doesn't serve much of a purpose. I unzipped the suede-ish cover to show some of the nubs in the photo, but I don't know that I can unzip and remove cover entirely because of width of zipper opening relative to the different parts of the turquoise part. Works well for me but without the massage nodules

The neck stretcher does help my neck and shoulders in days when I spend too much time using certain devices that end up causing a stiffness similar to the so-called laptop neck. But the massage nodes are definitely not for me, so I carefully removed them with a surgical scalpel. With the nodes discomfort gone, my problem now is to make sure I do not fall asleep on the stretcher.

Comfortable: my feedback

I really like that this neck stretcher doesn't have the massage huge nubs! It does have some but they're much smaller. The zippered cover is SUPER soft and removable so it can be washed. I really enjoy this product

Great design! Stretches neck perfectly!

Great stretching device that is so simple yet you can immediately feel the relief it provides. Spinal alignment is so important and ultimately affects the rest of our moving parts. The padding offers the perfect amount of comfort. The removable case is nice to be able to remove and wash. I really just love the compactness of it making it so easy and convenient to travel with!

Not sure if it does anything.

Maybe I'm just used to chiropractic devices,but I didn't really feel any kind of stretch using this. Nut saying it was bad, just that for me at least after a couple uses K don't notice a difference
