hope it lasts

This antenna is much lighter than the original. The original was heavier and appeared to be much more durable. I just have to see how long this one lasts!?

Pros
  • Ideal for a small home
Cons
  • Having problems

Exactly as described and works great

I've recently started having problems with my hearing aids, stopped our offer, almost couldn't call. I thought it looked like a loose/broken connection and then the new cable solved all my problems.

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • I'll text back

Phonak neck antenna

These are the antennas that receive the com port signal from the TV and forward it to my Phonak hearing aids. Fail. Replacement is the only alternative. Expensive but necessary, they work very well.

Pros
  • Trial for one year
Cons
  • Vulgarity

Fixed radio antenna issue

Bought this neck antenna to replace the one that came with my dad's original Phonak system. He complained that the signal came and went the same way. The new one solved the problem. I have bought both long and short neck loops. The long one is easy to put on the head. The short one is too short to wear over the head and needs to be detached from the Phonak device to turn it on and off.

Pros
  • Satisfied so far
Cons
  • New competitors

They break easily so be careful when removing them.

No problems. They break easily so be careful when removing them from the ComPilot. Should be made stronger. Update May 2018 ComPilot keeps falling out of loop. I unscrewed the antenna connector. Just nine months later. ComPilot is good but the loop is cheap.

Pros
  • Electronics

Problem fixed: Audio and video accessories

I bought this loop antenna to replace the one that came with the original Phonak system my dad uses. He complained that the signal came and went the same way. The new one solved the problem. I have bought both long and short neck loops. The long one is easy to put on the head. The short one is too short to wear over the head and needs to be detached from the Phonak device to turn it on and off.

Pros
  • Audio and video accessories
Cons
  • Some little things

Hooray! I'm glad I found a replacement!

I have one of the original Compilot and it's a few years old. The included original hinge is dry rotted like the plastic is melting in your hands. It smelled horribly like bad crayons. Apart from that I was very happy that Revain was selling spare parts! I am very happy that it works well. Arrived on time as said by delivery. And the price was reasonable. I don't take mine off often, just pop it on my head to use. That way I never wear out my connectors. The long length is perfect and I would…

Pros
  • Accessories and consumables
Cons
  • There are even more interesting options.
