Does what it promises!

Does what it says on the tin! It was very difficult to get the connector to work on the boom I bought as the metal on the boom was very thin. I finally watched a video showing how to attach a Snowball mic to a Neewer scissor mic. And he used this pop filter. Looking closer I saw how to fasten it and now it's really stuck. I tested the sound with and without the pop filter. It REALLY helped. I was shocked as I wasn't sure what difference a piece of mesh would make. It's good and really cheap.

No more heavy breathing!

I bought this with the Blue Yeti microphone. I'm breathing heavily and I really like saying the word "POP". :P It literally changed the sound of my YouTube/gmspada videos. Heavy breathing and other sounds of air movement disappeared. The sound is much better and much cleaner than without it. I would recommend this if you need to reduce annoying noise and don't have the money for super expensive solutions that are basically the same. Pros: Economical Decent build quality Cons: Difficult to bendโ€ฆ

Does its job and looks good doing it. Ideal for Blue Snowball Microphone on Stand

After a few weeks of use this windscreen has proved great! The double-diaphragm does its job well, reducing the impact of explosive sounds like the letter P and B, which tend to easily shake a microphone close to your face. Breath sounds still reach the microphone, but any wind noise from your breathing is minimized. The filter is sized just right for use with the Blue Snowball Mic and it looks great when it's doing its job. Of course, there are professional filters at a higher level. but hardโ€ฆ

For vocal recordings I tried everything that was offered there. Put a sock over the mic or use a small screen, ETC ETC, with very mixed results, but in an emergency or in a very urgent situation they will certainly suffice. Although I had to record for a while, I once borrowed a pop filter from a friend. I didn't know it was this one because it didn't have any markings on it.
