Description of Neiko 03968A Offset Handle Organizer

Nickel plated steel clips and rails are made durable to withstand long-term holding use versus plastic holders. Features angled handles at the end of each socket holder with color-coded socket drive sizes for easy identification when organizing your sockets. Hole for loops are located at the end of each socket holder so you can easily hang on the garage and workshop walls. Curved clip design securely holds sockets with enough tension without making removing sockets too difficult. Each socket rail has drive clips for the following drive sizes: 16 x 1/4" drive, 14 x 3/8" drive and 12 x 1/2" drive clips.

Neiko=Olsa=Ares

Neiko=Olsa=Ares. These are just rebranded versions of the same rails and clamps. I had my suspicions, but wasn't sure until I bought and compared one of each. So yes, you can buy Olsa brand clips and use them on cheaper Neiko rails. That's good because Neiko doesn't sell the clips individually. Buy the cheapest of these three brands and get an identical product!

Pros
  • Lots of positive emotions
Cons
  • No machine gun

Doesn't actually contain 16 clips of each size.

Only comes with 16 clips for the 1/4" rail. The 3/8" rail comes with 14 clips and the 1/2" rail only comes with 12 clips. I think that's my fault I didn't enlarge or count the clips in the picture) The text description is wrong; misleading at best and completely wrong at worst. I actually ordered 4 sets so I had just the right amount of 3/8" clips ), now I have an extra set of heads that I either need to buy another set of guides for or come up with something else. .

Pros
  • Dope 🔥
Cons
  • Out of fashion

Nieko 03969A Straight guides with bushes

I bought the straight version and am very happy with it. You get one in each size 1/4", 3/8" and 1/2". Granted it's not a fancy expensive brand name but they do a great job of storing your outlets. I have a few very similar which I bought at a local hardware store 25 years ago so I know my way around I've been looking for extras and even replaced some socket holders with my old rails Mine sit in the drawers of my toolbox so I don't hang mine Straight and angled knobs are in the back placed and…

Pros
  • Sturdy version

Misleading product description - fragile parts are plastic

I lowered the rating one notch because the clips are plastic and two notches because of the misleading product description. I bought these rails to replace a set of plastic roof rails I bought three years ago which started breaking plastic clips almost immediately. Neiko's product description didn't say anything about plastic, just aluminum, so I assumed the clips were aluminum. (By comparison, Olso's candid description of the rails says their clips are made of ABS plastic.) These clips are…

NOT 12 " -- I got the 17 " version

To my surprise I got the 17" version. I wanted the 12" to fit in my tool bag and bought it based on the answer a long question that said they were 12" (not to mention they are called 12" three times in the listing.) I only see the 17" claim in the picture - it says it all over the place 12". I thought they used the wrong picture because both the product description and box description list it as 12" otherwise I would have given it 5 stars. The quality exceeds my expectations for a thin thin…

Great quality at the best price

After reading some reviews it became clear that Neiko is the right choice. It was identical to the Oslo and Ares brand aluminum rails with the same base clips, and Neiko was $3-$5 cheaper for a 3-rail set. They are very strong and will hold the heaviest 1/2" sockets I have: 27mm, 29mm, 30mm, 32mm, 33mm, 34mm, 35mm, 36mm and 38mm on the same rail and 1 ", 1-1/16". , 1-1/8", 1-3/8", 1-1/4", 1-5/16", 1-3/8", 1-7/16" and 1-1/2" on the other rail! The 3rd bar accepts 1/2" deep impact sockets in…

Pros
  • Very good value for money
Cons
  • Unbelievable price

Handy, organized, portable

I have had similar items made by Craftsman from years past. As my tool collection grew and my eyesight diminished over the years, it became increasingly difficult for me to keep my nests in order and quickly select exactly what I needed. If you're like me some outlets go AWOL over time which is frustrating and wastes time trying to sort through the clutter only to find that what you're looking for isn't there even though I have a disk Got organizer with drawer. .I recently restocked my heads…
