Type of review

The best part of this software was its ability in detecting emotions from customers while they are speaking over phone or email, which helped us understand their moods even if we were not physically present with them at any given point time during call/email session! It also provides great insight about how long it will take before someone gets back after he has left his mobile unattended etc., thereby helping improve our productivity levels as well by saving precious minutes spent waiting…
