The Neotech voltage tester did not disappoint. This solved my problem. The light switch in the hallway shorted when I turned it on. I had to replace it but there was no way to tell which breaker to turn on as it wasn't labeled on the panel and there was no outlet to see if the bulb would light up. I had a GB continuity tester for many years before it finally broke. I bought this Neoteck tester because it's cheap and seems to be the same type of device.
