I like this product because I grind my teeth when I do powerlifting. It's great because it protects my teeth and allows me to focus more on lifting weights while taking my mind off not grinding my teeth. It changed my training a lot. I would definitely buy it again.

I've been using Armor Combat for years and can't find it anymore. So I thought I'd try this product which was highly recommended to me. I am very happy with it. It was a bit annoying to see the huge mouthpiece that arrived in the mail but when I fitted it to my mouth it shrank considerably and now fits perfectly.

Was skeptical about the purchase but now I understand why it's popular. Roth 6DS helps both when climbing and after training. When climbing, it helps stabilize you, especially when lifting weights. I'm finding that I'm doing more reps before failure, which is great. I was really hoping it would work but after following the installation video and putting the mouthpiece in hot water for 50 seconds it did Mouthpiece too soft and twisted turned into a ball of gum I tried to reheat and redo it but too late it became unusable I'm not sure if I did something wrong or it's just too difficult to fit .The website says you can return if you are not satisfied after 30 days so hopefully they will keep their word and accept my return.I would appreciate some advice on…
