These shoes are horribly made. We ordered two pairs as our son has wide feet. Size 11 and size 12. Both shoes fell apart. The elastic at the top is falling off the fabric and the strap doesn't connect well with the velcro on either pair (too short and missing velcro). I bought two pairs of New Balance shoes in different styles for my twins - both are different sizes and unfortunately cannot use the same shoes. The shoes were beautiful when we opened them, in fact they were the same as in the photo and my daughter found them comfortable.
