It made me putty

I hate caulking. Hate it. People don't want to be around me when I'm pushing. But with this caulking gun, not only do I not mind the job, I can control the caulking reel and get the job done really professionally. I bought a second one because I will never be without this cartridge gun again. Buy it. Serious. Buy it.

Pros
  • thumb activated pressure relief
Cons
  • disappearance

Poor brand quality

Based on the brand name I thought it was a little better than your standard crappy caulking gun. but no, they're just as crappy as the ones you buy in the big stores, but the big stores only sell them for four bucks. At least the ones you get at the big department stores for $4 come with a cutting and piercing tool.

Pros
  • Thumb operated pressure release stops grout flow instantly
Cons
  • Not bad but...

NO seal hole, tip cutter and poor flow!

From the photos it looks like it has no cutting edge and I agree with that. But this caulking gun doesn't have a sealbreak either (which is what I thought after reading the questions). I could have bought a cheaper gun that had all the features. As for the seal, it's no different than the cheap caulking gun I used to have. The flow is not smooth and the thumb button does NOT stop the flow. This cartridge gun is not worth the price.

Pros
  • Plain Rod Gun
Cons
  • Some Little Things
