Description of 🌭 610 AL Sausage Cartridge Caulking for Newborn

Aluminum sausage, bulk, and cartridge caulking gun for 10 oz. sausage packs, 10 oz. bulk caulk, or 8-1/2" or 10" cartridges. Thrust ratio of 18:1 for use with high viscosity materials. Revolving frame allows barrel to rotate for maintaining bead orientation when caulking around corners. Smooth pressure rod requires less force and is quieter than a ratchet-style pressure rod. Aluminum barrel with zinc alloy handle and trigger is lightweight and corrosion resistant.

Don't know about hand tools

I tried grouting floating tiles with it but it didn't work so I was disappointed. I think the material was too thick for the tip size I needed.

Pros
  • Rotating frame allows drum to rotate to maintain grout alignment when grouting corners
Cons
  • Miscellaneous Miscellaneous

Once I switched to bulk tubes everything was perfect. I've been looking everywhere for this type of caulking gun in the real world and now I'm very glad I found it on Amazon. I even managed to use a paper tube glued to the tube with some MacGyver. Great tool.

Pros
  • Cartridge pistol for aluminum sausages, bulk goods and 10 oz cartridges. sausage packs, 10 oz. Bulk sealant or 8-1/2" or 10" cartridges
Cons
  • Expensive

Gets the job done: Power and hand tools

I haven't used a bulk gun. Used cartridges only. Although it looks like metal, the handguard and the front and rear covers of the main tubes are made of polymer. The only metal parts are the stock, a small metal washer around the stock, a lock and an aluminum cylinder for the cartridge. The product description should state this so that you know the design in advance. This is NOT made in the USA. Although a little expensive.

Pros
  • A smooth push rod requires less force and is quieter than a ratchet push rod
Cons
  • I'll write back
