Great portable machine for beginners. Very well made and ready to use.

I love this car. It is very compact but very durable. I thought it might be cheap plastic but you can tell it's strong and sews really well. I think it's great that it runs on battery even when there's no electricity. I highly recommend it for beginners or even summer riders who just need a portable machine for the basics. I hemmed my curtains and they came out great and the car was fast.

Learn how a sewing machine works first!

I am new to sewing machines. I have read the instructions and watched YouTube videos to learn how to use this machine or any sewing machine. This machine is like any big sewing machine, only smaller. I had some trouble with the spool unraveling at first, but then I realized it was my fault. After understanding how to use the spool properly, I really liked this machine. We have created 20 school masks and will be making a quilt soon! Highly recommended!

This machine isn't even worth the $80 it's selling for. scores constantly. The voltage setting does not affect this loop problem shown in Fig.1. You cannot sew on high settings (which are slightly faster than low settings) for lengths over 30 inches as this will "tire" when slowing and stopping. I had to wait about 15 minutes for it to work again and had to use a low setting or else it would tire again. Even with this setting, the engine became temporarily slower.
