I gave this 5 stars because it grinds garlic well, easier than chopping it yourself with a knife, but I must also add a word of caution: if your Recipe calls for 1 minced garlic clove and you are using the Garlic Twist, you actually need to mince 2 garlic cloves instead of 1.
