- Convenient set of focal lengths, Build quality is beyond praise
- Heavy, but a matter of habit, healthy, likes straight arms!
- sharpness, autofocus, constructive
- not revealed yet. Weight and dimensions are not taken as disadvantages.
- Very fast focus Very sharp even at 2.8 Universal Aperture (for zoom)
- HA climb at every opportunity boring bokeh Autofocus still sucks sometimes Poor quality manufacturing (two days later the rubber swells on the focal ring)
- Silent and fast. Minimum distortion + high aperture = the lens easily replaces a bunch of "fixes" and "zooms" simpler. There was a feeling that it works with the D700 without chromatic aberrations at all - regardless of the shooting conditions. The lens is easy to sell - even with a minimum discount, it is torn with hands (used)
- the weight
- Super lens, real pro series! excellent build quality, MADE IN JAPAN, fast focus and exceptional sharpness
- NO except price
- Versatility, Sharp at all focal lengths,
- a lot of dust gets inside, over time you have to change the rubber of the focusing ring, slight distortion by 24 mm.
- Fast, sharp, light. A very beautiful drawing. The quality of the pictures is pleasing. An impressive appearance, which, at times, is useful if you need to impress :)
- Weight and size.
- Back-covered resistance, bokeh resistance, autofocus speed and accuracy, center and edge resolution
- Like everyone else, but for such a price it is doubly insulting!
- 1. Fast (2.8 on the entire range) 2. Size (it will fit into almost any photo bag easily) 3. Nikkor (not some Tampon or Sigma) 4. Sharp (this is good news) 5. Hood made of thick plastic (you can immediately see a quality thing) 6. Fast (well, here and before me, this has been noted more than once) 7 Weight 8. For work and making money (in general, this is the most popular zoom lens from Nikkor, that is, I dare to say the best of the zoom lenses in their working ranges of 24-70 (again, these are not just my words, any professional working with Nikon will say that 60-70% percent he uses it, and then there are other lenses, respectively, in different percentages)
- 1. Vignetting (although it does not always appear, usually at wide ranges of 24-35 and with a maximum aperture, with filters, vignetting is even more pronounced, but I repeat, it does not always appear, but very rarely, someone writes maybe because of the lens hood , maybe because of the filters, maybe because of the FF matrix, in general, as soon as I bought this lens I experimented, and V. appears without a hood and without filters, after a month or two I set up my D700 for myself, and this V. can to say it disappeared, I meet it extremely rarely, what exactly in the settings removed this V., it’s hard for me to answer this question, most likely Settings - Vignetting Control - Enhanced) 2. Price (well, obviously overpriced for the brand, they will come up with some kind of nano-spraying and raise the price of this garbage is unrealistic)
- Very high quality picture. There is almost no difference with the fix. You take it in your hands, you feel the "thing"!
- There are no disadvantages. But I want: a little lighter, and / or a little more authentic, and / or VR for longer exposures.
- Sharpness, focusing speed, pattern, aperture, no HA, correct geometry at a wide angle.
- weight, price. But you have to pay for quality.
- An excellent reporter, focusing speed, aperture, sharpness, picture, color reproduction, even bokeh on a long open one is pretty), a fairly convenient range for full-frame carcasses for travel and various walks). Distortion, chromaticity and vignette are perfectly treated in editors.
- Zoom ring! I was far from the service, but after 2-3 days of intensive shooting, the jamming stopped (it was spinning very tight! With a rattle)), but for two years now there have been no problems at all). Balancing with the carcass is not very successful, it bites on the nose).
- Sharp, good picture, minimal open hole chromatic aberration (compared to many Nikkor lenses), instant focus, dust and moisture resistant. I tend to think that the best standard zoom lens in its price range.
- Size, weight, vignetting and very large distortion at 24mm.
- Holds backlight well, AF speed, AF accuracy, resolution in the center and edges, small stroke of the focus ring is a plus for me, good bokeh no more no less, color reproduction at a height, reportage sharpness. The size of a lens with a lens hood can especially impress an inexperienced customer.
- 50% plastic, terrible distortion, unreasonably large weight, uneven zoom ring travel. AF also has a minus if the focus is 25-30 meters ahead, it is mistaken and focuses on 10-12 meters (I did the adjustment). Unjustified price for such quality. Ha, for such a price they are terrible, but if you forget about the price, then they are quite tolerable in one color and are easily removed. The vignette at 2.8 is very noticeable.
- - Big and Light :)) - Excellent bokeh (background blur) - Durable because Iron - With skillful handling, replaces a lot of fixes - Good geometry (distortion is almost invisible) - Price (it has fallen significantly over the past three years) - Recommended for: Studio/Advertising/Wedding/Nature/
- - at aperture 2,8 still lathers the edges of the frame - longer than the zoom 28-300 (with the new carcass D600 does not fit into the old wardrobe trunk) - no VR stabilizer (for reporting on the run, this is very critical) - I can’t get used to the fact that the first ring is now focusing, and the second controls the zoom, on previous lenses it was the other way around . - it seemed to me that the stroke of the sharpening ring is too short for manual work (for example, for video recording) - if only he could add a focal length of at least 85 with the same hole . then he wouldn’t have a price at all :))
- `eternal` construct, the lens perfectly holds backlight, silent flying autofocus, nice manual focus ring, sharpness on an open hole, dust-moisture protection
- price and not enough artistic bokeh.
