🚗 Nissan Maxima 1993-2001 Haynes Repair Manual: Complete Automotive Guide Review

First, for a used book, the instructions were in perfect condition when I received it in the mail. The packaging was just as good. Delivery was fast. I look forward to using this book in all of my DIYs. EXCELLENT PURCHASE!

I use this guide along with the Nissan factory service manual to repair my 1996 Maxima GLE. I wouldn't recommend this book as a basic repair guide for your Maxima, but this book has some great tips, specs and illustrations to help you understand your car better.

Better than I expected Clear and concise I've heard some people say they don't understand this book but for someone with basic mechanical skills like me this is it Right Message of God. I only wish I had bought this with my original purchase of this car, with all the mistakes I've made so far it may be too late.

I wish they would come back and repeat this and correct any errors or omissions. Good book through 03. But unlikely to find the information you are looking for that you cannot find in a real field manual but much more detailed. I like the paper version better than the digital one, hence the 5 stars.

I have owned this book for 7 years as has the 1999 Maxima which is 10 years old. It has saved me tons of money replacing faulty ignition coils with an O2 sensor and even brake pads have. I'm only giving 4 stars because some of the photos taken aren't very clear, but I can combine the information in the book to get an idea and then find additional information somewhere on the internet that might make my job easier.

I bought this to find out what my 2001 Maxima had for the catalytic converter warning lights (bought a code reader to find out what the 'Service Engine' light was doing tried ) . tell me) and ABS brakes (ABS light on dashboard). He had no real information about any problem. Not sure who it's really aimed at - definitely not a serious home mechanic. Only paid a few dollars (used) worth a try.
