These are Nissan Genuine bed brackets. I recently bought a 2014 Frontier and it didn't come with it. To avoid an installation headache, go out and get an M8-1.25 tap to clean the threads before installing the zip ties. There was some feed spray in my threads and the faucet allowed me to clean them out. After cleaning, I applied some blue Loctite to the screws and attached zip ties. It's very simple and anyone can do it if you have the right tools.
