This was a gift for my boyfriend who only drinks draft beer. Since we are under shelter in place currently this was a gift to him. This item is great! Works as described.However, my only comment is that even after cleaning as indicated in the instructions, for some reason it attracted a bunch of fruit flies that even after I covered with a bag and put away, I still can’t completely get rid off.

Other commenters here are dumb and don't realize the point is to have foam at the top. You can pull the handle towards you for regular beer, and push it for foam. Don't push the lever before you pull it or else you will get a glass of just foam.The foam on the top, which I like to have 3 cm (one inch) or more, makes the beer taste a lot better. Bought this after someone raved about how much they loved it. My husband loves draft beer and I was stumped on what to give him for Christmas.

While this may be simple to set up, use and clean, for it’s price, it doesn’t do that much to the beer! My husband used it once and wasn’t impressed. It gave his beer more of a head of foam, but just didn’t seem to make much of a difference. I could pour a beer quickly and give it a lot of foam. I’d return it, but am outside the return window.

Really makes a difference. Haven’t had any problems except for when I didn’t follow directions. Definitely rinse your glass with cold water like they say to do…I see breweries do this all the time. I don’t know the science behind it, but it makes the difference especially if you’re pouring ciders.

It gets most of the way to a draught pour. Honestly it's the most anyone could hope for without actual kegs. Great investment for the price. Its not perfect, but its still well worth it for a beer enthusiast who doesn't want to break the bank.
