I like that it allowed me to track all things related with my job, such as visits between families/children which helped keep everyone accountable throughout our agency! The only thing i disliked about this program was having too many choices in screens so there were times when you would have difficulty finding what your looking at because where hidden behind something else etc.. I like that it's easy to use, has all your documents in one place so you don't have multiple places with different info about each case/client! It would be nice if there was an option where we could see what our clients are saying or doing at any given time without having them log into their account (we're not allowed access).
