Good fan. for computers and accessories

I think it's a good fan, but it's not perfect. As part of Noctua's Redux range, it comes with a more basic spec. I think these fans are probably not the best price in the roughly $14 range. But I went for a grey/silver build, so they're really good. I find it visually very beautiful. Because of its design, it pushes air well through obstacles, which is how I set it up in my case. I use a Noctua low noise adapter and it works fine. Maybe a little louder than we would like, but not that annoying.

Pros
  • Absolutely brilliant!

A little pricey, but it's actually bee knees.

Well, actually they would be brown Noctuas, but they are even more expensive, and these are _almost_ no worse. Excellent silent fans with high static pressure and excellent airflow. The only downside is that they are a bit expensive. They don't have such small touches as the anti-vibration pads on their "brown" counterparts. You can use them for case fans, but they're ideal for forcing air through a grille where there's some drag. overcome. If drag is low, there are better options with even…

Great fan so far: Computers & Accessories

Looks like Cooler Master uses crappy fans these days. I used it to replace a fan that was rattling to death and sounding like a coffee grinder. It is now completely silent even at full tilt as this power supply only has 2 pins. I had to swap the pins for the 2 pin application but it's easy enough if you have a small pickaxe or even a toothpick.

Pros
  • Dope 🔥
Cons
  • Definitely bad product

Incredible Noise Cancellation

I used this fan to replace two fans in my Wanhao i3 Power/Control Box. The PSU fan in particular sounded like a truck. I was hoping for noise cancellation but wasn't expecting total silence. You just can't hear the fan. There are also two smaller Noctua fans that will replace the fans on the hot end. and the i3 went from the loudest to the quietest printer in my small print shop. It should have happened long ago.

Great CPU fan for a tower heat pipe.

Bought a Noctua NF-P12 redux-1300rpm fan for my very old Thermalright Heatpipe CPU cooler. It's more than quiet enough not to be heard in a PC case, and I get great temperatures on my old i5-3570S running at a standard 3.4GHz, all cores. Ambient temperature in my hot, muggy Florida is currently 88°F (31.1°C) with 67% humidity. The temperature "feels like" 102F! When using CoreTemp, the idle CPU temperature fluctuates between 33 °C and 41 °C. After half an hour of stress testing the Prime95…

Good fan, but not silent at full speed.

This fan replaces the standard fan in my PSU to make my computer quieter. I also have a Scythe Mugen Rev B CPU cooler which is very quiet and I recommend it. I disagree with some of the other reviewers who say this is a quiet fan. Running at a full 12 volts and 1300 rpm, it moves a decent amount of air but has a noticeable hum. To me it sounds a lot louder than 20dB unless you're a fair distance away. I ended up taking it out and comparing it to a standard fan using a regulated power supply. In

  • An absolute legend

  • It pisses me off

It's child's play! in Fans & Cooling

I was very pleased with this Das Product based on user and professional reviews. that's all he says it will be. This thing is putting out a lot of air, more than my last generic 120mm fan in my computer case. It's so quiet I don't know if it works. Now it's so quiet I can hear the CPU fan instead of the case fan. If I had a heatsink on my CPU that would allow me to use one of the Noctua fans, I would because I'm pretty sure it would be almost as quiet as a case fan. This fan really pushes a lot

Ideal air speed/flow Excellent product.

2019/04/13 Пришло время почистить мой Computer. The liquid cooling area was very dusty. These fans are still quiet and work great. Great product I bought a new liquid cooling computer system in 2018/02 and the fans in the top of the case pulling air have stopped because they gather dust very quickly and are cheap. This is the only area of the computer that was dusty. I didn't want to buy the same fans as the problem would show up just as quickly and there still wouldn't be any part numbers. So…
