I bought this product a few months ago. Only used a few times. When I last opened the protective case that I purchased with this item, I found that the top of the cover that secures the batteries had popped out (broken). This item has never been dropped or abused. Trying to navigate the Klein website and warranty instructions was a nightmare. I'll try my luck with super glue.
