This works great on cats!

I have had great success with this product. I have been using another L-Lysine product for years and switched to this brand a few months ago. It's very good value for money and works the same as other L-lysine products I've used for years. The value is exceptional. My vet recommended L-lysine for my cat and that's what I use it for. He's got a type of feline herpes and it's affecting his eyes. If he has lightning, his eyes will be very watery and caked. They also swell a lot. As long as I'm…

That's a good stuff! I always have something at home. Saves me on doctor and vet bills if used at the right time and for the right purposes. Water soluble and fairly harmless, even if too much is ingested, the excess is excreted in the urine. It is an amino acid that occurs naturally in the body as opposed to an unnatural chemical made in the lab. I love that this is such a safe item for my pets! Works much better than Viralys

I have used this on my rescued kitten who is now about a year and a half. Weeping Eye of Relief Society. Rescuers told me it would resolve (but didn't mention FHV) and didn't take eye medication until I needed it because it's expensive. (It wasn't expensive. It was $20. But I didn't get it because I thought her eye would clear like they said.
