Caused terrible anxiety and increased depression

As the title says, this made me very anxious and depressed. I had these symptoms before taking it, but they were mild. I took this to improve it a bit as it might help, but all it did was make those symptoms worse and add fatigue to the mix. I usually buy the Now brand from True Focus and it works with no problems, it also has that ingredient so I figured it would be just as good considering it's from the same 'Now' manufacturers too but that's not for me. Life changes! for vitamins, minerals and supplements

I started taking it in early November 2017 along with 5htp for depression and GABA for anxiety (all NOW brands). While I can't name an exact supplement that changed everything in my life, this supplement definitely helps! I take one pill at night to help sleep.
