Dongle requires USB power, requires LOS and only works at 30ft

Has what I needed but. come on guys 2.4GHz would be better. Do you need an external line? Infrared? Fur. The dongle also requires power (I know this is inevitable) but unfortunately I had to run a cable from the USB to wall outlet adapter to the dongle. So now I have some cables to get rid of the cable. Why not Bluetooth or NFS? I do not know. I bought it because my sofa is far from my TV and I don't want to run a cable to my sofa to connect certain devices that require HDMI. Luckily my deviceโ€ฆ

Terrible, DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY!

Not impressed! We recently installed a TV over a fireplace and needed a wireless transmitter to send a satellite signal to our TV as we didn't have data connections in the wall. We bought a similar "wired" transmitter a few years ago to do the same for our bedroom TV and have had great luck with it. It is worth noting that the other transmitter was made by a different manufacturer. Since almost all transmitters are wireless these days, we couldn't buy one like we used to. After reading hundreds

waste of money. Maybe improvements on future models will make it better?

Requires modification. The receiver is connected to a Sharp TV with a refresh rate of 60 GHz. The receiver is 10 to 12 feet from the transmitter. There are no walls between them. As far as I know there are no devices nearby that could interrupt or degrade the signal. CONS: 1. The blue LED on the transmitter flashes when the device is switched off. Since I need to keep the Genie Go in a visible place, the attached transmitter is also always visible, as is the annoying blinking LED on the Nyriusโ€ฆ

Expected more for this price.

First of all it is a great product if your settings are compatible. The manufacturer was careful not to say "works with any HDMI display," and for good reason: some devices won't complete the handshake even if you play around with firmware, drivers, cables, and permissions. I have two of these devices in my company. The first one worked like a charm because he liked the TV. The second resulted in almost four weeks of wasted time trying to get it to work. I believe it would work if we used aโ€ฆ
