Great product: building materials

I bought two of these to cover the bathroom vent and electrical riser on the new metal roof. Perfect size and easy to cut to size for any tube. The base rests lightly on the roof ribs and with a small amount of sealant a perfect seal is achieved. Does not leak, easy to install.

The best salary for sealing new roof penetrations

This is the best. If it's raining and you need to patch the roofing, this is the way to go. Use one of these connectors. Use Polysealant Dap 18816. And use Roofing Screws with Grommets to tighten about every 3 inches all the way around. If you do this, you will have no trouble sealing your roof penetrations, even in heavyโ€ฆ

The welly has been marked with various sizes in both metric and standard sizes from the top of the boot to where the rubber connects to its base. The position of my vent was in the wrong place. The rib on the metal roof ended where I had to place the base of the boot on the rib and just barely level with the roof. The bottom of the boot bottom appeared to be marked with screws every inch or so. I didn't drill them out becauseโ€ฆ

Super easy installation, highly recommend.

I have this to mount a TV antenna on my roof. The entire installation took about 10 minutes and it is airtight. When it arrived the metal rim was bent and I got scared, but then I took the time to read the actual instructions and realized it was meant to be molded under the roof, and well, yes. So it's easy to cut and fits perfectly in my antenna mast. The installation is quite easy. Cut out the required hole (on the small side), put it on a pole, vent pipe or other protrusion on the roof, andโ€ฆ
