HORRIBLE RETURN POLICY

DO NOT BUY FROM BIRD. I bought my granddaughter a scooter for Christmas but realized it was for a young child. When I requested a return I was told that not only would I have to pay for the return shipping, I would be charged a 30% restocking fee. WHICH TYPE. Thank you Vogel for taking advantage of people during a pandemic!

Cons
  • Not as thick as other styles

Terrible Customer Service - Manufacturer

The company that makes this scooter has terrible business practices and terrible customer service. Assembly is broken. Thank god she's fine and not hurt. I contacted a bolt/nut replacement company to fix the scooter myself but came across a "workaround". At first they just needed some information so they could send me the part but once they found out I bought it from Revain they put the responsibility of getting in touch with Revain to sort it out on me. Which probe costs 10 cents and a few…

Pros
  • Scooter
